I am using a Desktop Computer with Windows 10 and Internet Explorer. I do note that Plex has failed to complete the large-task-I-had-setup, in that Plex 'imported' (if that is the correct word) only a small number of the large number of photos (500 or so) I wanted to display. TODAY, however, I am once again ABLE to Launch Plex by STOPPING and then RESTARTING. YESTERDAY I was again unable to Launch, and STOP and RESTARTING Plex did not help. Also, for the first time, I could launch Plex from my Roku-device, and display some pictures on my TV. This simple process (unexpectedly) allowed me to Launch Plex - using the Plex Icon within the Personal Cloud. As I could not launch it, I decided to STOP Plex.
